Joanne Hoppe

American author of children's novels. She appears to have written four children's stories, of which one is pony-themed. Although fairly modern (written in the late 1980s) it has a traditional theme.

Easy to find in the USA, especially the paperback edition. Quite a bit harder elsewhere, although can be bought from the USA fairly cheaply.
